DRC Restructures Business Model

Dynamics Research Corp. (Nasdaq:DRCO) has realigned operational components by customer, geography and business solution.

The move is designed to increase business opportunities and better the firm’s customer service.

The firm will now feature an Arlington Va.-based federal practice led by Paul Strasser to support a number of government customers inside the Beltway.  The firm’s military business in other parts will be run by the Massachusetts-based Defense Group, headed by Robert Smith.

The changes take effect Jan. 1, 2011.

“Our ongoing success is a testament to our talented workforce and our ability to apply teamwork and manage change in the face of evolving market demands, ” CEO Jim Regan said. “The strengthened organizational structure enhances our ability to deliver the highest-quality services to our customers and enables us to well position DRC for large federal procurements in our target markets.”
