Accenture in on $30 Billion FBI IT Deal

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has joined the cast of government contracting firms to win a space on the FBI’s $30 billion IT Supplies and Support Services (IT Triple S) ID/IQ.

“The services we plan to deliver under the contract are aligned with the FBI’s goals of identifying and eliminating redundancies and making the bureau more agile and accountable, ” said Jim Stolarski, managing director of Accenture’s public safety practice. “We believe that our extensive law enforcement experience will play a key role in the FBI’s efforts toward crime prevention and resolution.”
