Wednesday’s Featured Job: Cyber Threat Analyst at General Dynamics

The GD SOC Cyber Threat Analyst must be a proven team player with an extensive analysis background and excellent oral and written communications skills. Formal training and/or experience in both fundamental and advanced Information Technology and its operations is desired. Primary responsibilities of the Cyber Threat Analyst include:
Analyzing GD SOC sensor grid data and combining it with information from various other sources to produce informative and actionable threat information based on its context or relationship to GD intellectual property, technology development, computer network operations, and overall business operations.
Producing, editing, and distributing a variety of concise and actionable threat analysis and warning products in written and presentation form to an audience that spans a range of customers from senior company officers to security analysts and CIRT members.
Compiling cyber information and making recommendations based on suspected or known context in order to draw insights and conclusions regarding its relative threat to GD, its intellectual, physical property and personnel. This analysis may also include possible implications for GD, its subsidiaries, partners and customers.
