SRA Finalizes Airport Solutions Group Sale to ITT

SRA International (NYSE: SRX) has completed the sale of its Airport Operations Solutions (AOS) group to ITT (NYSE: ITT).

Aviation Systems Vice President Bill Colligan will move with the group to ITT.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
