NCI Picks Up Pair of NETCENTS Deals

NCI, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCIT) won a pair of NETCENTS deals worth just shy of $20 million.

The first deal carries a value of $12.5 million and will see the firm support engineering and integration services for two data centers to support the U.S. Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) enterprise.

“NCI is very pleased to have been selected, along with our ITT teammate, to lead the DCGS DSD project, ” NCI President Terry Glasgow said. “This upgrade is very important in modernizing the DCGS architecture and to the DCGS mission.”

The second deal is worth $5.9 million for the firm to oversee ground network interface for senior-level airborne assets to provide the connectivity to the Department of Defense’s Global Information Grid.

“NCI is very pleased to play such a key role in providing communications and information assurance for the OSD Special Airlift Mission VIP platforms serving our nation’s leadership, ” Glasgow said. “This program continues and expands our current support to the Air Force Air Mobility Command and the U.S. Transportation Command, and we are honored to serve their mission.”
