CGI Named GovCon Firm of the Year

CGI has won the Contractor of the Year award for companies worth more than $300 million in annual revenue at the 8th Annual Greater Washington U.S. Government Contractor Awards this week.

The company won acclaim for its financial accomplishments, contributions to the U.S. government, and its contributions to employees and the local community.

“CGI had an outstanding year, ” said George Schindler, president of CGI Federal. “I am incredibly proud of our team—their dedication and commitment to our civilian, defense, and intelligence clients inspires me every day. We are committed to ensuring CGI remains a leader in our industry by continuing our focus on clients, employees, and shareholders.”

Other winners of Contractor of the Year were A-T Solutions ($75-$300 million); Buccaneer Computer Systems & Services ($25-$75 million); and Blue Canopy Group; and Digital Management (under-$25 million).
