You Heard it Here First: L-3, Honeywell, Boeing, ITT Win DoD Contracts

According to the Department of Defense, “L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) was awarded a $90, 996, 144 contract which will exercise fiscal 2010 options for logistics support of the T-1A aircraft at Vance, Columbus Randolph, and Laughlin Air Force Bases and Pensacola Naval Air Station.  At this time, no money has been obligated.  OC-ALC/GKSKA, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (FA8106-09-C-0001; P00013).

“Honeywell (NYSE: HON) was awarded a $26, 161, 062 contract which will procure a satellite tracking antenna for the satellite control network at New Boston Air Force Station.  At this time, the entire amount has been obligated.  SCNG/PK, El Segundo, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-02-D-0006).

“Boeing (NYSE: BA) was awarded a $24, 291, 186 contract modification for the C-130 avionic modernization program.  At this time, the entire amount has been obligated.  ASC/WLNMC, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-01-C-0047; PO0192).

“ITT (NYSE: ITT) was awarded an $18, 514, 792 contract modification which will provide various program management, operations and maintenance, and mission support services to Air Force forward operating locations in support of U.S. Southern Command aerial counter drug surveillance mission at HATO International Airport, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles and Reina Beatrix International Airport Aruba.  At this time, $1, 600, 000 has been obligated.  ACC AMIC/PKB, Langley Air Force Base, Va., is the contracting activity (FA4890-07-C-0007; PO0056).”
