Job Description

The Sr. Contracts Negotiator is responsible for performing the full range of contract administration functions for a portfolio of on-going programs and proposal efforts. Support the Operational Technologies and Solutions (OTS) product line within Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS) in Herndon, VA and/or Sterling, VA.

Job duties include:

Participate in front-end assessments of business pursuits, analysis of RFPs, proposal reviews and coordination, contract negotiation and general contract administration responsibilities.

Act as the primary focal point for customer interface during proposal phase, negotiation and program performance.

Generate contract documentation and obtains management approval as required. Individual must be prepared to negotiate sound business deals with its customers and to provide governance to the program team in carrying out the terms of the contract. Must be able to develop and maintain positive customer relationships, both internally and externally.
