Neustar (NYSE: NSR) has replaced CEO Jeff Ganek with COO Lisa Hook.
The move, which the firm says has been in the works for some time, will see Ganek remain on as chairman of the board.
“[Hooks’] experience at AOL brought to us a powerful understanding of the internet, the needs of the IP (Internet Protocol) markets and the role Neustar can play, ” said Ganek.
