TMG, based in Washington, D.C., and one of the country’s leading custom-media firms, seeks a seasoned magazine editor to work with our technology team.
We are searching for candidates with substantial technology experience and connections. The focus will be on providing tech-rich stories that detail how systems and communications help organizations succeed.
The right editor will also have a demonstrated ability to work with clients and deliver a superior customer experience. You must love juggling numerous responsibilities.
The successful candidate must have five years of IT reporting and editing experience, sharp writing and editing skills, proven ability to frame stories for niche publications, experience working with freelance writers and a clear understanding of magazine and online production.
Online content, creation and production experience is preferred. The job will require finding and developing sources, as well as covering events. To be considered, you must include samples of your work.
