BAE Systems to Support US Pension Agency Call Center

BAE Systems has a deal in place to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation’s (PBGC) Premium Operations call center with a five-year contract worth $10.8 million.

According to the firm, “BAE Systems has provided analysts and accountants to the PBGC for the past fifteen years, earning high marks for customer service during that time.  Also, for the past four years, BAE Systems has supported PBGC’s conversion to an electronic filing system that thousands of companies use to make sure their pension funding requirements are being met.

Tom Sechler of BAE Systems Intelligence & Security said “Our staff knows how crucial customer service is to an agency like the PBGC.  The team plays an integral role in supporting PBGC’s mission of protecting the financial security of America’s retirees.”
