ACS, A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX) rolled out a new product to help fire inspectors and firefighters better battle blazes.
The FHinspector for iPad is the first application for the Apple iPad aimed at improving fire inspections and allows for easy sharing of information with firefighters in the heat of an emergency.
“The FHinspector iPad solution is an affordable and innovative option that will improve safety and increase productivity, ” said Joseph Doherty, executive vice president and group president, ACS Government Solutions. “This is another example of our commitment to helping government agencies by developing creative solutions. Fire departments now have a tool to more efficiently manage department operations, including collection of fines for code violations.”
