Wyle Wins Piece of $450 Million USAF Space Command Deal; Tom Anderson Comments

Wyle Information Systems won a share of a $450 million contract in support of the USAF Space Command in Colorado Springs, Colo., to work on cyber architectures, formal cyber training and cyber defense.

“This award is a logical extension of the services and solutions Wyle provides to Space Command, ” said Tom Anderson, group president of Wyle Information Systems. “Wyle’s long-standing partnership with the Air Force will now be expanded through support on the Contract for Space and Missile Capabilities contract. Our primary role on this contract will be the development of cyber architectures, formal cyber training and cyber protection of our national assets.”
