VT Group has a deal in place to purchase the Evergreen Unmanned Systems business unit of Evergreen International Aviation Inc.
Evergreen Unmanned Systems supports Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) with focus on training, logistics, operations, payload integration and testing to a range of government and commercial customers.
