Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) picked up a one-year, $30 million extension for the Information Assurance Services (IAS) contract from National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
The extension has a total value of $88.7 million if all options are exercised.
Raytheon provides NGA with experienced IA professionals to answer “evolving cybersecurity attack vectors.”
“Raytheon IA Services has assembled a best-in-class team of professionals, ” said Steve Hawkins, vice president of Raytheon’s Information Security Solutions business. “We will continue to provide NGA with the highest-quality security engineering talent required to combat the sophisticated and evolving cyber threat.”
