HP Names John Chandler CMO, U.S. Federal Healthcare; Don Picard Comments

HP Enterprise Services named Dr. John M. Chandler, U.S. Federal Healthcare chief medical officer (CMO).

Chandler will work “to provide clinical insight, thought leadership and strategic direction in support of HP’s health information technology business.”

He will report to Don Picard, vice president, Federal Healthcare Market Segment – U.S. Public Sector, HP Enterprise Services.

“In support of the nation’s federal healthcare system transformation, HP is delighted to gain a CMO with an extensive medical and military background who is also a successful IT consultant, ” Picard said.  “John’s industry experience coupled with his dedication to helping government clients modernize, reduce costs, enhance capabilities and innovate will help HP deliver outstanding customer value.”
