Sevatec Picks Up Cyber Steam with Interpics Acquisition

Sevatec, Inc., a technology and consulting firm moved to bolster its cybersecurity capabilities by purchasing Intrepics, LLC.

“We are very excited about our first strategic acquisition, and welcoming the great folks of Intrepics to our organization, ” said President and CEO of Sevatec Sonny Kakar. “Intrepics has great cultural alignment to Sevatec, and a strong history of service and value consulting to the federal government.”

Founded in 2006, Intrepics has developed a bustling cybersecurity portfolio and accomplished yearly corporate growth.

“Their expertise in cybersecurity and overall management consulting complements and enhances Sevatec’s core service offerings, ” added Kaker. “At a time when the federal government‘s top priorities converge on addressing security risks, this strategic alignment accelerates Sevatec’s ability to help the government with their most critical security challenges.”
