SAIC Books Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Support Deal

SAIC (NYSE: SAI) inked a prime contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, Business Systems / Enterprise Information Systems Division in support U.S. Marine Corps mass notification systems.

According to the firm, “The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options, and a total value of more than $45 million for all awardees, if all options are exercised.”

“We look forward to providing quality engineering, analysis and integration services in support of these critical mass notification systems, which help keep our warfighters safe and informed, ” said Debbie James, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.
