NetApp’s (NASDAQ: NTAP) Mark Leslie will not bid for reelection to NetApp’s board of directors at its annual meeting of shareholders in August, opting for retirement.
Leslie has served on the NetApp board since July 2004.
“Mark has been a valuable member of the NetApp board with his extensive storage expertise and broad industry knowledge, ” said Dan Warmenhoven, executive chairman of NetApp. “We thank Mark for his service and contributions in helping NetApp reach new levels of success.”
