CSC Claimes $224M Army Engineering Support Deal

CSC (NYSE: CSC) won a task order from the U.S. Army to provide technical and engineering support for its Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC). The five-year task order carries an estimated total value of $224 million.

CSC is scheduled to support technical and engineering services in the areas of integration, computer, navigation and control technologies and electronics and system design.

“For nearly 40 years, CSC has proudly supported the Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center, ” said Randy Cash, vice president and general manager of CSC’s North American Public Sector Huntsville Alabama Operations. “We look forward to continuing our support of the U.S. Army and the warfighter through technology and weapon system solutions to ensure the highest quality mission support to soldiers on the battlefield.”
