Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct exploratory marketing to identify, qualify and develop Federally-funded requirements that can be satisfied via task orders under the GBPS IDIQ vehicle and other CACI IDIQ vehicles deemed appropriate by clients within SOCOM, CENTCOM, SOUTHCOM, PEO STRI and other Army clients within the geographic area bounded by these agencies. Position CACI with the client; provide business intelligence to and work closely with the applicable Business Development Executive on larger, non-task order new business opportunities; and sell CACI program management on compatibility with and value to corporate/line unit goals. Coordinate closely with the Business Development Executive for the SOCOM Account and other designated Army Accounts. Develop and maintain a “value added” working relationship with other Business Development Executives, CACI line organizations including Business Group executives, Account Executives, Capture Managers, and Proposal Managers. Conduct competitive assessments on specific opportunities. Make recommendations on bid team members and draft teaming agreements appropriate for specific opportunities. Stay abreast of CACI technical offerings, successes, and breakthroughs. Meet or exceed imposed performance goals in support of overall corporate growth and success. Maintain and implement a professional approach including full awareness and compliance of applicable Federal Procurement and Business Ethics Codes and Regulations. Perform as a professional steward of CACI resources and reputation in the execution of all assigned duties.

Required Qualifications:

Typically requires a bachelors degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 10-12 years of design engineering or program management experience in addition to government sales/marketing experience, with one to two years supervisory/management experience. Requires 3 years or more of marketing experience in the private sector, primarily in DoD, and preferably with the agencies of interest. Proven success in opportunity identification, qualification and development for task order sales. Goal oriented with desire for rapid upward mobility. Strong and active network of Army and other Service and OSD contacts relevant to agencies covered. Proven performance in shaping and selling solutions to the clients of interest. Strong technical background and excellent oral presentation skills. Active SECRET security clearance.
