Ted Davies of Unisys on ‘Consistent Culture’

Ted Davies of Unisys spoke with ExecutiveBiz recently about several topics, including building a consistent culture.  “As soon as I took this job, I made it almost a daily mantra with folks, ‘Build a consistent culture here, ‘” said Davies. That culture is based upon four tenets: Focus on people, performance, confidence and participation. A key step in making each possible is Unisys Federal’s People Initiative’s Board. “We’re going to invest in our people and have them be successful … because then we will be successful, ” said Davies.

Altamira Technologies secured $65M in task orders in June and July to support the Department of Defense and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. The task orders cover data science, all-source analysis, insider threat analysis and mission engineering support for the NGA and DoD components and most of these awards have a one-year base term and four option years, Altamira said Tuesday.
