Lockheed Martin Names Maryanne Lavan SVP and General Counsel

Lockheed Martin’s (NYSE: LMT) Chairman and CEO, Bob Stevens has announced that Maryanne Lavan, current vice president of Internal Audit, has been named to replace James Comey as SVP and General Counsel, effective June 25.

Lavan has previously served as VP of Ethics and Business Conduct, VP and General Counsel for Lockheed Martin’s Electronic Systems business area and assistant General Counsel.
