Job Description

The Cyber Programs Portfolio Manager is responsible for development and life cycle management of assigned products as well as generating and presenting ideas for new products and services. Candidates should be strong technology generalist with deep knowledge of cyber security to include systems engineering and application development. Enterprise-level experience, (DoD and industry), preferred, with knowledge of emerging trends within DoD. Responsibilities include:

– Leading and directing cross-functional technical engineering teams in rapid prototyping, concepting, full lifecycle development and deployment. – Developing a vision for the organization and effectively communicating that vision into roadmaps and plans for new product development activities. – Coordinating product life cycle activities with engineering, services delivery, training, and operations teams. – Managing activities related to development of new products or implementation of changes to exiting products. – Analyzing markets and make recommendations for product enhancements or new products to position the product line in market. This includes studying and reporting on competitor?s products, customer requirements, pricing strategies, and market direction and branding.
