Member of the Senior L&A Human Resources Leadership Team, overseeing the entire HR function for USCS. Directs all aspects and functions of the Human Resources department within the LoB of sales in excell of $4bn; including safety, security and health services. Responsible for the design, development, implementation and communication of human resource policies, procedures and programs. In addition, will double hat a HR strategy/process ownership role on behalf of the OF, eg. Employee Relations.

Oversees the design, development and implementation of organizational development strategies, programs and processes. Directs the management, development, implementation and administration of training programs, policies, and procedures to ensure human resources are appropriately developed in support of business objectives.

Manages the administration and communication of employee relations programs, policies and procedures. Provides advice and counsel to executives on a broad range of employee relation issues.

Responsible for establishment and maintenance of positive union/management relations.

Responsible for the design, development, implementation and communication of compensation programs. Responsible for benefits administration. Manages the administration of the HRIS, record keeping and related operations.
