VSE Corporation (NASDAQ:VSEC) announced Clifford M. Kendall has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman by the board of directors.
This comes on the heels of Donald M. Ervine’s resignation as Non-Executive Chairman.
Ervine will remain on the VSE board.
