Analyst will provide strategic and operations planning in support of national strategies and plans such as the National Counterintelligence Plan, the National Counterintelligence Operating Plan, and Cyber Operations plans to ensure technical aspects of defensive and offensive measures are implemented effectively and in a timely manner. Analyst will indentify and correlate threat information from foreign adversaries and provide analysis of compromised classified or sensitive networks, systems and stat that may impact national security, economic stability, and public safety. They will provide regional expertise on specific countries and mission areas. Analyst will provide programmatic support on national technical and cyber counterintelligence efforts through interagency coordination and integration of defensive and offensive measures. they will develop and support counterintelligence implementation plans in support of national strategies.

Minimum of ten years in positions of increasing responsibility and demonstrated experience in cyberspace mission areas, to include computer engineering, computer science, telecommunications, information technology, information security/assurance, and/or computer network operations.
Minimum of five years current experience in a specific area of expertise, to include but not limited to tasks supporting cyber damage/loss assessments, collection management and planning, research and analysis, program management, training and education, national and international cyber policy, and/or computer network operations.
Outstanding oral and written communications skills
Graduate-level grammar, spelling, writing style and presentation skills
Must be able to effectively work under time constraints and potentially changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
