CSC (NYSE: CSC) has been awarded a contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic to provide integrated network services to naval fleet users overseas.
According to the firm, “the contract has a one-year base period and four one-year options, bringing the estimated total contract value to $25 million. This contract was awarded to CSC during the company’s fiscal 2010 fourth quarter that ended April 2, 2010.”
“CSC’s integrated infrastructure services will improve security, speed and reliability while also allowing for more modern service architectures, ” said Austin Yerks, president of CSC’s North American Public Sector Defense Group. “CSC has been a trusted ONE-NET partner for more than six years, and we look forward to providing continued service in support of our warfighters and ONE-NET users.”
