SAIC Moving Forward with Marines on IT Deal

SAIC (NYSE: SAI) won a task order from the Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region to provide information technology services to the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA). This new, single award task order has a one-year base period of performance, two one-year options, and a total value of more than $13 million if all options are exercised.

Per the deal, SAIC will support MCIA in areas including enterprise management and information assurance, network operations, and performance and asset management.

“We look forward to supporting MCIA as they continue to provide easy access to information and the ability to manipulate, fuse, distribute and display critical information in support of our warfighters, ” said John Thomas, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager
