Orbital Acquires General Dynamics’ Spacecraft Business

Orbital Sciences Corporation (NYSE: ORB) finalized the acquisition of a spacecraft development and manufacturing business from General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, a subsidiary of General Dynamics Corporation (NYSE: GD).
