Fulcrum IT’s Jeff Handy on Recent Private Equity Partnership

Fulcrum IT Services has announced a private equity partnership with Boyne Capital Partners and Grindstone Partners. Together, the two private equity firms and the management team of Fulcrum IT completed the buyout of the company.

The current management team at Fulcrum IT will remain in place, with Jeff Handy remaining as CEO and President and Carroll Johnson as CFO.

“We continue to grow our customer list of leading intelligence agencies and cutting edge civilian agencies, and we will now be able to bring even greater resources to our customers”, said Jeff Handy, CEO and President of Fulcrum IT Services. “Our new investors will help us drive new growth strategies and new service capabilities and resources and we’re very excited about the partnership.”
