DRS Inks Contract to Support U.S. Forces in Iraq

DRS Technical Services, Inc. has announced a contract worth $77 million to provide technical assistance to the United States and allied forces as they withdraw from Iraq. Under the contract, DRS will support the transition of command, control, communications and computer capabilities of U.S. forces.

Most of the tasks include program planning and analysis, project management, systems and network engineering and integration, telecommunications engineering and communications infrastructure installation to include inside and outside plant architecture.
