CGI’s Donna Morea on Recent Corporate Investment & Community Impact Award

CGI Group Inc. (NYSE: GIB; TSX: GIB.A) was recently presented with a Corporate Investment & Community Impact (CiCi) award from Trade & Industry Development Magazine. The award came as a result of CGI’s decision to open a global delivery center in Troy, Alabama, which will create some 300 new jobs in the area.

“CGI is creating high quality jobs in Troy that contribute to the country’s national IT infrastructure, ” said Donna Morea, CGI President for the US, Europe and Asia. “The vision, leadership, and commitment of the City of Troy, Pike County, and Troy University convinced us that CGI wanted to be a part of this strong, forward-thinking, community. This award is a true testament to our powerful partnership.”
