Vangent says the Department of Labor is already realizing significant quality improvements and cost efficiencies as a result of the recent launch of its new paperless employee benefit EFAST2 processing system.
The firm’s EFAST2 system allows the Department of Labor to improve quality through better data capture; reduce processing times from up to more than 244 days to 1 day and enable information sharing with other agencies through better data exchange capabilities.
