The Chief Engineer will establish the architectural framework and technology approach that supports a robust, end-to-end cyber security solution with discriminating features that distinguish the SAIC solution from other industry offerings. The Chief Engineer will lead the development of the solution and oversee the engineering, development and integration activities to ensure compliance with specified interface standards during capture, proposal development and program execution phases. The Chief Engineer will closely interface with internal staff and organizations, Government representatives and other contractor staff in the determination of requirements, technology constraints and the development of an overall solution. This position requires that the qualified candidate function in a leadership role, and provide guidance to internal and sub-contractor engineering personnel on the Team.
