TASC Announces Board of Directors

TASC, Inc. (TASC) has announced the selection of the company’s new board of directors. The chairman of the board is David H. Langstaff.

Steven A. Denning, chairman of General Atlantic

David M. Kerko, also of KKR

Peter A. Marino, former CEO and president of Fire Arms Training Systems

Philip A. Trahanas, managing director at General Atlantic
