TASC Announces Board of Directors

TASC, Inc. (TASC) has announced the selection of the company’s new board of directors. The chairman of the board is David H. Langstaff.

T. Wood Parker, president and CEO of TASC

John W. Barter, who will be the audit committee chair

Adam H. Klammer, head of KKR Technology Group

Steven A. Denning, chairman of General Atlantic

Jamie H. Greene, Jr., of KKR

David M. Kerko, also of KKR

Peter A. Marino, former CEO and president of Fire Arms Training Systems

Philip A. Trahanas, managing director at General Atlantic
