NGC Taps Tony Spehar to Head IPIC

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has named Anthony “Tony” Spehar vice president and program manager for the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Prime Integration Contract (IPIC).

IPIC is described as “a 15-year effort to modernize and maintain the reliability, safety and security of the nation’s entire force of land-based Minuteman III missiles.”

“Tony Spehar brings technical and program management strength to the position that will continue the achievements that Jim Meyers managed so well, ” said John Clay, vice president of Missile Systems for the company’s Aerospace Systems sector.
