ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, announced that it has named Ronald P. Vargo to the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer effective April 1, 2010.
He will replace Alan Stewart, currently executive vice president and chief financial officer, who previously announced that he would retire from the company at the end of March 2010.
