CEO Rick Marcotte, Oracle’s Mark Johnson on DLT Growth

DLT Solutions has surpassed $612 million in revenue in 2009 representing more than 21 percent growth year-over-year from more than $504 million in sales in 2008.

While DLT did add a few new notable vendor partners in 2009, the growth is largely from increased sales for its existing portfolio of best-of-breed technology partners. Several of the company’s top vendor partners experienced more than 25 percent sales growth with DLT in 2009. Expanding the application of these partner solutions in the public sector reflects DLT’s continued success in public-private partnerships using technology to enhance the business of government.

“DLT has been a large part of our strategy and success in the federal, state and local government and education markets, ” said Mark Johnson, senior vice president, Oracle Corporation Public Sector. “They have been our partner for well over a decade and their sales, marketing and technical investments in support of our business have paid off with year-over-year revenue growth.”

“By most accounts, the government information technology market has grown by no more than 4 percent in the past year, ” said Rick Marcotte, president and CEO of DLT Solutions. “So, our growth in excess of 20 percent year-over-year for the last three years indicates we are taking market share from our competitors, and more importantly, from our partners’ competitors. We are making meaningful investments in technical and sales staff as well as placing bets on the right technologies and vendor partners.”
