PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages a warehouse facility. Responsible for managing the safe and effective daily operations of other contractor and government personnel. Must be able to interpret and enforce corporate International Standards Organization (ISO), Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards for all occupants.
2. Drafts monthly progress reports with regard to cost, schedule, and work accomplishments.
3. Performs project planning to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks.
4. Liaisons and coordinates with property managers to maintain the facility support systems.
5. Maintains the facility Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP).
