Qwest Teams with NBA Star Barbosa for Charity

As part of Qwest Communications “Team Assist” Program, Phoenix Suns player Leandro Barbosa delivered $5, 000 in new sports equipment to two Arizona high school basketball programs.

The former NBA Sixth Man of the Year Barbosa was joined by Qwest Arizona President Jim Campbell and Suns mascot “The Gorilla.”

The equipment includes reversible uniforms, travel bags and suits, shooting shirts, basketballs and other equipment.
