ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI) is expanding into the area of “green workforce” development. The company, working with teams of nonprofit organizations, recently participated in winning three federally funded workforce development grants with an estimated value to ICF International of $5.1 million.
Taking a leadership role in facilitating green workforce development, ICF International combines its expertise in workforce development, human services for disadvantaged populations, grants management, and operational aspects of green industries to help organizations create sustainable jobs in green occupations.
