Apptis Picks Ed Gascon, Scott Reagan to Helm Gov. Acquisitions

Apptis, Inc has appointed the team of Ed Gascon and Scott Reagan to lead its Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Program Organization as it increases and expands its strategy in pursuit, capture, and management of GWAC programs for information technology services to the federal marketplace.

The move by Apptis is in support of its GWAC vehicles and solidifies the infrastructure, processes, and procedures behind its current GWAC, MAC, and Schedule contracts that are essential to long-term success in the federal arena.

Apptis currently holds a diverse portfolio of GWAC, MAC, and GSA Schedule contracts to support the federal government by providing information technology services, including General Service Administration’s (GSA) Alliant and CONNECTIONS GWACs as well as its Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS), Professional Engineering Services (PES), and Schedule 70.  In addition, Apptis holds the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) and the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e contracts to name a few.

“This allows Apptis to more quickly respond in support of its federal clients’ missions through formalized response to task orders issued through these vehicles, ” said Skip Nowland, Apptis COO.  “With so many mission critical information technology services offered through GWAC contracts, this is the next logical step for Apptis and is a huge value-add in support our clients.”
