NISC Releases New “Interactive Voice Response”

National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) has announced the release of the next generation of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions, called NISC CallCapture.

NISC CallCapture is integrated with NISC’s iVUE® Enterprise System, providing a better customer service experience, a way to interact with customers more effectively and to quickly receive payments and service interruption information.

By using the program, customers are able to obtain and provide information on their own schedule, regardless of the time or availability of operators. This allows staff to handle routine business without negatively impacting customer service.

“We are excited to offer another solution to meet the needs of our customers, ” said Todd Eisenhauer, NISC VP of engineering and operations.
