Cisco Systems has announced an agreement with Harrah’s to create the first interactive digital signage solutions pilot. The goal of the creation will be to provide a more engaging, interactive experience for Harrah’s visitors.
By adding touch-screen capabilities, visitors to Harrah’s hotels, casinos and convention areas will find news and schedule information instantly accessible, while cutting down perceived waiting time.
“Our pilot with Harrah’s highlights the opportunities that organizations have to delight their guests by incorporating key emerging technologies and capabilities into their business operations, ” said Howard Lock, director of Cisco’s Internet Business Solutions Group.
Harrah’s is aiming to pilot this technology in early 2010.
