QinetiQ To Hold Cyber Safety Training Session

QinetiQ North America announced today that it will offer the training seminar, “Cyber Safety 101: An Introduction to Cyber Threats and Internet Risks” to employees. The half-day course will be conducted by QinetiQ’s Cyveillance business unit and will be held on January 19th at QinetiQ’s Reston, Virginia facility. The session will help QinetiQ workers serve as the first line of QinetiQ’s cyber defense and to better understand the Internet.

“Companies and federal agencies can realize some genuine reduction in their vulnerability to cyber threats through education. Cyber Safety 101 teaches how online criminals, scammers, adversaries, and hackers exploit technologies, systems and, most of all, the users themselves in the insecure cyber universe, ” said Mary Craft, Senior Vice President for National Systems in QinetiQ North America’s Mission Solutions Group.
