Integrates market research, organizational goals, and environmental factors to develop a business case for management bid decisions for larger in scope and complex proposals and bids.
Markets government agencies and/or commercial organizations regarding need for work in the design, installation, operation, or maintenance of software development or systems integration products.
Oversees capture management activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among capture team members and subcontractors. Directs capture management functions which include: creation and approval of overall project and capture plans; bid and proposal budgets; technical solutions; work breakdown structures; staffing levels; and pricing.
