CSC Wins Contract to Support Army

CSC announced earlier this week the receipt of a contract to continue providing support to the US Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. The $79 million contract is a range of Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Management (C4IM) support and services and has one-year base period with four one-year options.

Under the contract, Log.Sec, a CSC Company, will provide maintance services, data center operations and help desk support for the Directorate of Information Management; Team Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance. Some of the services will be in network infrastructure support, project management, quality control and software development.

Austin Yerks, president of CSC’s North American Public Sector Defense Group, said “For the past decade, Log.Sec employees have supported the Aberdeen Proving Ground and local community. We are proud to continue providing mission-critical IT services under this contract for our Army customers.”
