M&A Activity- ICF Completes Acquisition of Jacob & Sundstrom

ICF International has completed its acquisition of the cybersecurity company, Jacob & Sundstrom. The new acquisition will allow ICF to offer a broader range of advisory and implementation services to federal and energy industry clients to better secure their cyber infrastructure.

The current management team and employees of Jacob & Sandstrom will remain with the company. Several major clients of Jacob & Sandstrom include the EPA, DoD and Social Security Administration.

As GovCon Wire previously reported, ICF expects the new acquisition to bring in $24 million in 2009.
