Intelligent Decisions announced yesterday that Nathan Rickman has been appointed vice president of professional services, overseeing civilian and Virginia intelligence programs.
During his time at the company, Rickman has helped expand the professional-services organization, as well as boost his customer base. Rickman and his team have been supporting an organization in the U.S. executive department for almost four years. In that time, he has supervised and directed many enterprise deployments and technology initiatives for four different customers across 10 separate tasks. These efforts have included the deployment of an improved office automation environment consisting of enterprise wide e-mail, MetaDirectory, Virtual Directory and unified communication solutions.
Most recently, Rickmam has assisted his customers respond to a number of OMB mandates including OMB-08-05 (Trusted Internet Connectivity) and OMB 08-23 (DNSSEC) through the consolidation of various gateway services, as well as deployments of security-related solutions to bring situational awareness to these areas.
